How do I pose for returns, exchanges or cancellations?
As our orders are “made-to-order“ they are not eligible for returns, exchanges, refunds, or cancellations. Please refer to our Refund & Exchange Policy. However, if there is any issue that needs to be fixed, do not hesitate to contact us at info@virinareddy.com

How would I cancel my order?
VIRINA REDDY reserves the right to accept or decline any orders placed on our website. While we are committed to delivering high-quality, handcrafted products, please note that once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded, as each item is made specifically for you. If you wish to modify your order within 24 hours of the order being placed, please contact us at +91 7530004944 and we will try our best to help you.
What should I do if I receive incorrect goods?
In case of receiving a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately on info@virinareddy.com. Please mention your order number and attach clear photos of the item(s) as proof, so we can assess and resolve the issue promptly.
Please Note: We ensure every piece is thoroughly checked and packed with care before dispatch. For any concerns regarding the condition of the product, an unboxing video (from the moment the package is opened) is required as proof.
Without this video, we will not be able to address any claims related to damage, stains, or defects. We shall ship the merchandise you requested for as soon as we receive our wrongly sent merchandise in its original form and packaging.
In case of international orders, the courier cost of sending the item back for repairs or replacement will be borne by the customer.

Yes, it may or may not be subject to additional charges based on the customisation request. Please contact us regarding your customisation query, and we will get back to you with an estimate.
Do you offer in-store pick-up for online orders?
- Orders are processed from our workshop in Chennai, India.
- All Website Orders will be delivered to the shipping address you provide at the time of checkout.
- Custom orders placed via Whatsapp or In-person at our studio can opt for in-store pick-ups.
