RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We do not entertain returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellation requests as all our orders are "Made To Order". Each product is hand-made by our skilled artisans on order-basis only after receiving an order confirmation. Before placing an order we presume that you agree to our terms & conditions.

 

ALTERATIONS:

In case of alterations, we will be happy to assist you with only a single alteration. Shipping charges to send the product to our workshop will be borne by the customer & shipping charges to send the product back once rectified will be borne by us. The products must be kept in its original packaging and ensure it is unused with tags attached.

 

Your product is eligible for exchange only if:

1. You have received the wrong product which differs from what you confirmed an order for.

Please inspect your order upon receipt. In case of receiving an incorrect product, please contact us immediately at +91 7530004944 or email us at info@virinareddy.com to redeem an exchange.

If the product you received is not what you initially ordered, please mention your order number and attach clear photos of the item(s) as proof, so we can assess and resolve the issue promptly.

Please Note: We ensure every piece is thoroughly checked and packed with care before dispatch. 

 

2. If the product is damaged/has any manufacturing defect. Bearing in mind that we closely inspect every item that leaves our studio, we must be notified at the earliest or within 24 hours of receiving the order so we can evaluate the issue.

For any concerns regarding the condition of the product, an unboxing video (from the moment the package is opened) is required as proof. Without this video, we will not be able to address any claims related to damage, stains, or defects. 

Once the issue is addressed and accepted by us, we will ship the order you requested for as soon as we receive our wrongly sent merchandise in its original condition and packaging. All products must have the original tags, and should be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with no smell of perfume, deodorant or detergent. All products should be free of makeup and marks.

Please Note: In case of international orders, the courier cost of sending the item back for repairs or replacement will be borne by the customer.

 

CANCELLATIONS

VIRINA REDDY reserves the right to accept or decline any orders placed on our website. While we are committed to delivering high-quality, handcrafted products, please note that once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded, as each item is made specifically for you. If you wish to modify your order within 24 hours of the order being placed, please contact us on info@virinareddy.com or at +91 7530004944 and we will try our best to help you.

 

Please Note: During festivals, pandemics or adverse weather conditions your shipment could get delayed. We assure you that we will try our best to have your parcel delivered to you in good time.
