Shipping policy
At Virina Reddy, we are dedicated to delivering your order as quickly as possible while ensuring it arrives safely. Each piece is thoughtfully made to order, and production begins only after your order is placed, followed by shipping.
Items will be sent to the address provided by you to the website. Make sure that you recheck the address before you confirm the order so as to avoid incorrect delivery. We prefer to deliver to office or residence addresses. We do not encourage delivery to P.O. boxes or any other destination where the recipient is not identifiable because of the risk involved due to the value of the goods.
SHIPPING CHARGES
The shipping charges for all shipping within India is free and is borne by us. However, the duties, taxes and shipping charges for international shipping will be additional and will be charged based on the weight and volume of the product and the country where the delivery is being dispatched. Shipping charges will be shared upon inquiry.
We do not accept any Cash on Delivery orders.
ONLINE ORDER TIMEFRAME
Domestic Orders + Shipping : 14-21 working days.
International Orders + Shipping : 21-25 working days.
The above is inclusive of order making time plus shipping timeframes, and it does not include Sundays and Public & Business holidays. Please contact us in case of any urgent order enquiries and we will get back to you.

DELAYS
Delivery dates are not guaranteed in the event of service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond the control of Virina Reddy. These interruptions include but are not limited to transportation system, customs clearance issues, shipping carrier or cardholder’s credit card bank delays. We are not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to forces outside of our control such as weather.
Please Note: During festivals, pandemics or adverse weather conditions your shipment could get delayed. We assure you that we will try our best to have your parcel delivered to you in good time.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
In case of Returns/ Exchanges, products should be returned in their original, undamaged packaging. We do not accept returns on items that have been worn, altered, washed or damaged in any way.
We do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event of a return package being lost, stolen or mishandled. We do not refund original or return shipping charges.
